Honeywell recently appointed Richard Rowe as vp and general manager of Honeywell-Measurex (Cupertino, Calif.). He replaces John Gingerich, who retired as Honeywell-Measurex's president at year-end 1998. Mr. Rowe will report to Markos Tambakeras, Honeywell's president of industrial control.
