Weymouth, MA – ‘Smart’ Nameplates makes it easy for operators to monitor the status of switches and relays in low-light conditions. The devices incorporate up to three indicating LEDs and one output contact into a traditional nameplate footprint. Because the devices are prewired and use LEDs, they are said to reduce installation costs, use less energy, and require less panel space than independently mounted incandescent bulbs. Indicator LEDs are designed for greater than 100,000-hr operation.
