It detects objects as small as 0.03 mm from a distance of 10 to 80 cm. Long sensing range improves mounting tolerances allowing greater distance from small objects, while distance sensing allows greater area coverage with fewer sensors. Visible red light eliminates alignment guessing. Emitter beam can be focused on any point between emitter and receiver with potentiometer fine-tuning.
