Princeton, NJ – F805-F is a high-speed formula batch controller said to have the advantage of running multiple formulas with many ingredients without a PLC. Each of 200 stored formulas can have up to a 30-step sequence to control five ingredient-supply bins. Two-speed filling with a jog feature controls each ingredient. Expansion to 16 bins is available with a plug-in extension card. Data acquisition features high-speed A/D conversion, with rolling average calculations, to give a true 200 weighing results per sec. The controller can be set up and operated through a color touchscreen or via a standard RS-232 port.
