Compact HSR/PRP switch

Phoenix Contact’s latest addition to the Raptor switch series, the FL SWITCH EP6404, is the first compact HSR/PRP switch to go beyond Class C3 and achieve Cx special temperature rating down to -56°C. These switches support bump-less redundancy and meet the highest availability requirements of distributed critical infrastructure communication networks per IEC 61850 for substations, data centers, and mission-critical industrial processes. It supports layer 2 and 3 functionality, IEEE 1588 v2 precision timing, ACL for traffic filtering, RADIUS, and TACAC authentication. The switch offers four RJ45 1000 Mbps, four SFP 1000 Mbps, and four gigabit HSR/PRP combo ports.
