AutomationDirect offers Optris Xi 410 LT series infrared thermal cameras that combine a thermal imaging camera with an infrared pyrometer in a fixed-mount device. The cameras monitor an entire field of view to display heat distribution, detect hot spots and collect multiple temperature measurements.
The Xi 410 LT series uses a 384 × 240 pixel infrared detector with 60 mK thermal sensitivity and an accuracy of ±2°C / ±2%. Its standalone pyrometer mode supports automatic hot spot and cold spot detection, a 1.5 Hz measurement rate and direct 0/4–20 mA output for connection to industrial control systems. Installation options include four field-of-view lens and motorized focus, while power options include 5–30 VDC, Power over Ethernet (PoE) and USB. The IP67- and NEMA 4-rated enclosure is specified for use in dusty, wet and vibration-prone environments.
Available accessories include a stackable process interface module, with up to three modules supported, that adds analog and discrete I/O along with three alarm relay outputs. A Modbus TCP interface kit supports communication with PLCs, SCADA systems and other network devices.
