ProcessLife monitors facility and processes using a virtual replica as a reference model. The application ties process, safety, and maintenance engineers together by allowing them to pull in data from their work-function-specific databases. Application is built on top of Walkinside real-time visualization system, the flagship product of VRcontext, and makes use of Luxoft Labs Meshnetics platform, which enables solutions for remote monitoring, control, and tracking of a wide range of processes, assets, systems, and facilities. Integration of the two systems improves monitoring and control practices by extending monitoring to remote areas, reducing costs associated with re-installation of monitoring systems as a result of modifications, and presenting data onto a 3-D plant model to enable real-time problem location and prompt response.
