The compact and reliable magnetically actuated switching device is supplied with field adjustable multi-layer vanes for installation in pipes from 11/2 to 20-in. dia. and is designed to meet NEMA-4 watertight construction. The unit fits directly into a pipeline tee, thredolet, or flange for easy installation. Operation is by way of a free-swinging vane that attracts a magnet with the solid metal switch body, actuating a snap switch by means of a lever arm.
