Wonderware Corp. announced Aug. 17 that it will offer free, round-the-clock FactorySuite support coverage for Comprehensive Support subscribers to address any Y2K issues that may arise as a result of the millennium changeover. This expanded support will take place from Dec. 15, 1999 through March 10, 2000. Wonderware and its worldwide distributors will have a team of technical support engineers available 24-hours a day to resolve any critical issues subscribers may have concerning their FactorySuite application.
