John is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, as well as a certified Functional Safety Engineer by a recognized global agency (TÜV Rheinland). He was also awarded the Control Systems Integrators Association Rising Star Award in 2018.
Non-work-related Activities & Hobbies
John worked with a team to retrofit a motorized children’s car for use as a training vehicle for children with mobility limitations. Major insurance companies require proof that children with mobility limitations are able to operate a motorized wheelchair before costs can be covered by insurance. This retrofitted vehicle allows for children to develop the cognitive and motor skills required to operate a wheelchair.

- John volunteers through his local church as a Stephen Minister, a group that provides care to people who have lost loved ones, suffer from terminal illness, or otherwise need support from their community.
- In addition, John has a musical background and has performed both in Carnegie Hall and at the Vatican for Pope John Paul II.
