"As we grow our manufacturing capabilities to meet increasing demand, it is critical that we adhere to high-quality standards while remaining cost conscious. SigmaQuest’s product quality management system addresses our requirement to track products throughout their life cycles and it gives essential insight into suppliers’ component quality, contract manufacturing, and return material authorization (RMA) processes," Farley says.
SigmaQuest will provide Aspen Avionics with a "360 degree view of its production and customer service operation metrics," says SigmaQuest president and CEO, Nader Fathi.
Aspen Avionics will be using SigmaQuest’s Manufacturing Test Insight and Return Material Authorization (RMA) Insight modules delivered as SaaS. SigmaQuest customers are brand owners and manufacturers in medical device, telecom, military & aerospace, consumer electronics and cleantech energy sectors.
