ML300ERW series is a family of 3W DC/DC converters in a miniature SMT case designed for a wide variety of space critical, board level power distribution applications. Nine standard models operate from 2:1 (12 and 24 Vdc) inputs, providing single outputs of 5, 12 or 15 Vdc. Features include an input/output (I/O) isolation of 1,500 Vdc, high efficiency and continuous short circuit protection. All models are RoHS compliant. The ML300ERW family is packaged in a miniature, SMT case with an industry standard pin out. They are available on tape/reel for use with automated production equipment. Operation for all models is specified over the wide operating industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 C with no heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection. The ML300ERW series can be used in power distribution applications requiring low component cost, reliable operation and a small component footprint.
