This UPS uses Phoenix Contact’s IQ technology to increase system reliability. The rail-mounted UPS monitors a scalable battery solution and provides the user with critical operating data. The batteries range from 1.3 to 38 Ah lead acid and include a lithium-ion 120 Wh version. Each of the batteries has an individual UL Listing for CID2 hazardous locations. The IQ technology manages the battery status and displays all of the relevant data on the UPS’s front panel or transmits it to a computer using Modbus serial. Other system features include assignable alarm contacts, PC shutdown and re-start, triggering e-mails, and event-logging.
