Based on the module of GCB series, we added a slider on the guide rail, so that the two sliders can both synchronize motion or reverse. This is the GCBS series, which retains the advantages of the GCB linear robot while offering greater efficiency of movement.

Features include:

• Max Payload(Horizontal): 15kg

• Stroke: 50 - 600mm

• Max Speed: 2400mm/s

Special steel strip cover sealing design can prevent dirt and foreign objects from penetrating inside. Due to its excellent sealing, can be used in clean room environments. The width is reduced, so that the space required for equipment installation is smaller. The steel track is embedded in the aluminum body, after grinding treatment, so the walking height and linear accuracy is also improved to 0.02mm or less. Optimal design of the slide base, means there is no need to plug nuts and integrates the ball screw pair mechanism U-shape rail on a slide base.
