PICMG1.3 Slot CPU cards from ICP Germany offer design flexibility and a wide range of system combinations. With the latest PCIE-Q470 slot CPU card, ICP Germany is expanding its portfolio with a high-performance and multitasking-capable variant that can be equipped with Intel® Core-ITM processors of the 10th or 11th generation. The PCIE-Q470 supports all Core-ITM, Celeron® or Pentium® processors with up to 65 Watt thermal design power. Depending on the CPU choice, up to 10 CPU cores and 20 threads are available for multitasking applications. Up to 128GB DDR4 memory can be used in dual-channel mode with up to 2933 MHz. The Intel® UHD graphics unit delivers a resolution of up to 4096×2160 pixels at 30 Hz on the HDMI 1.4 port. The two Intel® I225V network ports are capable of delivering network speeds of 2.5Gb. Furthermore, the PCIE-Q470 offers four USB3.2 Gen1 (5Gb/s), one USB3.2 Gen2 (10Gb/s) with USB Type C connector, one USB3.2 Gen1 with 180° USB Type A connector, six USB2.0, two RS-232, one RS-422/485, twelve digital EAs, SMBus, I²C and an audio header for the Audio Kit expansion module. The PCI Express lanes on the PCIE-Q470 support x16, x8+x8 or x8+x4+x4 operating modes, allowing the use of a variety of different backplanes. In addition, the PCIE-Q470 offers an M.2 2230 Type-A with PCIe Gen3 x2 and USB2.0 signal, an M.2 3042/3052/2242/2280 with PCIe Gen3 x2 and USB2.0 signal and SIM card holder, and an M.2 2280/2242 PCIe Gen3 with x4 signal slot for NVME SSDs.
