Syware offers classes in using Visual CE and associated programming tools to rapidly develop mobile embedded-control applications.
Cambridge, MA — Developer of mobile database tools for business and personal productivity, Syware Inc., announced its Fall 2008 Visual CE and Associated Tools training courses . Visual CE is an award winning rapid application development tool used to create database applications that run on Microsoft Windows Mobile Pocket PCs.
The company plans to offer this round of classes near its corporate headquarters in Cambridge, MA. The first class is scheduled on Dec. 11, 2008, and will be a full day session covering basic database design and an introduction to mobile application development with Visual CE. An intermediate full-day class will be held on Dec. 12, 2008, covering Visual CE development specifics.
“Visual CE and Associated Tools Introductory Class” is appropriate for control engineers who haves never written an embedded-control program before, or who have used desktop database development systems, such as MS Access, and want to start developing similar applications for Pocket PCs. It will cover the basics of table design, application architecture, synchronization, and creating a graphical user interface (GUI).
Tuition is $299 for either day of instruction or $499 for both days. A continental breakfast, box lunch, and afternoon snack are included. Class size will be limited and applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Group discounts are available. The company says prices are subject to change without notice.
