Why Josh Chose This Career

Josh chose engineering because of his lifelong curiosity about building things and understanding how they work. From constructing LEGO creations to building backyard forts as a child, he has always been driven to create and solve problems. Engineering has allowed him to apply that passion on a much larger scale.

He finds it especially rewarding to see projects evolve from initial concepts into completed designs and, ultimately, fully functioning systems. More importantly, Josh is motivated by the impact of his work: helping deliver safe, reliable infrastructure that communities depend on every day.
