FCI’s device is especially suited for hard-to-reach locations or where opening the unit is inconvenient or labor intensive. Wireless IR link eliminates the need for proprietary programmers, simplifying maintenance and reducing cost of use. IR sensing capability is included in all ST50 devices having digital display readouts. Interface software is also supplied for downloading into any Palm-OS-based PDA. Insertion-type flowmeter has a fully temperature-compensated thermal flow-sensing element.

Applications include municipal and industrial wastewater aeration control systems, industrial and commercial blower and dryer input/out air flow controls, and industrial manufacturing burner and furnace airflow control. Prices start at $995.
