Ci Technologies announced May 1 its acquisition of the integration division of Springfield Electric (Bloomington, Ill.). The division, led by Rick Caldwell, will be named Ci Technologies System Integration (CiT Si). The acquisition also initiates a new Citect Integration Partners program to provide integration skills and service to customers.
Charlotte, N.C. — Ci Technologies announced May 1 its acquisition of the integration division of Springfield Electric (Bloomington, Ill.). The division, led by Rick Caldwell, will be named Ci Technologies System Integration (CiT Si). The acquisition also initiates a new Citect Integration Partners program to provide integration skills and service to customers. This program will provide integrators with a range of resources depending on capability and experience with Citect software and will link customers with qualified integration partners.
