An extended partnership between RedPrairie and Avery Dennison will integrate the Avery Dennison Monarch 9855 RFID printer/encoder with RedPrairie’s Warehouse Management System and additional RFID-enabled labeling and asset tracking solutions.

“We’re integrated to the Avery Dennison desktop printers, but now also with its high-speed label encoder applicator,” says Dave Matthias, RedPrairie technology project manager. “RedPrairie software generates the EPC numbers for the Avery Dennison printers and for the encoder/applicator, and also determines if the label has been applied successfully. It then uses the RFID identifier for tagged items in our inventory and asset tracking solutions.”
