Remote processing insertion densitometer

Fresno, Tex.— The 7828 is a tuning-fork insertion densitometer, intended for use in liquids and slurries. The devices can compute a wide range of density-derived values including °API, %solids, and °Brix. The computed values are available via the unit’s industry-standard 4-20 mA output for controlling valves, mixers, and blenders; while Modbus communications facilitate integration into SCADA and DCS systems. Its explosion-proof microprocessor-based electronics are self-contained and factory calibrated.
