The four-axis, higher-payload MPL-series models feature a 3.1 m horizontal and 3 m vertical reach with a 360-deg envelope which is designed to enable them to accommodate multiple infeed conveyors and pallet build locations. They have internally routed air hoses and wiring and fieldbus tube through all four robot axes to eliminate cable and hose wear. The smaller five-axis MPL80 II robot is ideal for end-of-line palletizing solutions that require a smaller footprint. Options include NSF-H1 certified food-grade lubricants, PalletSolver palletizing software, and easy-to-integrate MotoSight vision software. The MPL-series robots are compatible with Yaskawa’s DX200 controller or PLC-integrated MLX200 platform. The DX200 controller features high processing speeds and enhanced control-reliable safety. MLX200 offers add-on-instructions for ladder-based programming for easy use and maintenance.
