The TDK-Lambda PH-A280 series of dc-dc power modules by TDK Corp. feature high voltage dc input that operates from a wide range dc input of 200 to 425 V dc. Used in high voltage dc current (HVDC) applications, the PH-A280 range now includes 3.3 V, 15 V and 28 V outputs.
The TDK-Lambda PH-A280 series of dc-dc power modules by TDK Corporation have high voltage dc input that operates from a wide range dc input of 200 to 425 V dc. Used for high voltage dc current (HVDC) applications, the PH-A280 range now includes 3.3 V, 15 V and 28 V outputs. The six H-A280 power modules are available in three output power levels—75 W, 100 W and 150 W. The complete product family encompasses nominal output voltages.
All modules operate at full load over a baseplate temperature range of -40 to +100 C making them suitable for liquid, air-cooled or conduction cooled systems. The dimensions follow the industry standard quarter brick format (37.2 x 12.7 x 58.3 mm).
The PH-A280 features include remote sense, remote on/off, overvoltage, and overcurrent protection. All models have an input-to-output isolation of 3k VAC and are safety-approved to UL/CSA/EN 60950-1 and carry the CE mark in accordance with the LV Directive.
