Littelfuse, Inc., an industrial technology manufacturer, has announced the Littelfuse/C&K TSC series toggle safety covers, designed to help prevent accidental activation of toggle switches in industrial control systems.
Accidental switch actuation can cause unintended equipment operation, safety issues and downtime. The TSC Series uses a precision spring-loaded mechanism to cover toggle switches while allowing intentional, one-handed operation. The covers are designed for industrial environments and use stainless-steel and ABS construction.
The TSC Series includes a stainless-steel faceplate with a glossy black finish and an ABS cover available in multiple colors for visual identification of switch functions. The covers are designed for installation in standard 12.0 mm, or 15/32-in., mounting holes and accommodate switch lever heights up to 25 mm, making them compatible with multiple toggle switch designs.
