Securadyne Systems has acquired IAS, a systems integrator with offices primarily based in the Southeastern U.S.

Securadyne Systems, LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Intelligent Access Systems (IAS), a systems integrator company based in North Carolina. The IAS acquisition is the fourth for Securadyne, which was founded in September 2011 by Carey Boethel in partnership with Pamlico Capital.

Securadyne, which specializes in electronic security solutions, has a branch network of 16 locations. The company experienced 21% organic growth in 2013, excluding contribution from Advanced Control Concepts and IAS, which were acquired in August and December, respectively. Including acquisitions, Securadyne’s year-over-year growth was 106%.
