Why Vince Chose This Career
Before an accidental encounter at a University of Akron career fair, Vince had no knowledge of the control system integration field. But after his first co-op engagement with a small controls team at Louis Perry and Associates, he was hooked.
For Vince, system integration is the ideal blend of basic electrical circuits, design, programming and troubleshooting, along with the opportunity to see his work come to life during startup and commissioning. After a fulfilling technical career, he stepped into leadership roles at RoviSys, where he could apply his forward-thinking, strategic mindset and interest in helping clients reach the next level.
