Christen is a natural leader who, soon after joining GCS, quickly mastered the wide range of software and hardware platforms used across the company and excelled at managing complex projects.
Since earning her professional engineer (PE) license in 2021, she has contributed to the design of several toxic gas monitoring systems (TGMS) and managed multiple high-profile projects within the semiconductor industry.
Today, Christen serves as engineering manager at GCS’s corporate headquarters, where she plays a key role in shaping and implementing engineering policies and procedures. She also leads training initiatives, supporting the growth and development of engineering teams companywide.
