Corporate headquarters will remain in Atlanta, with European headquarters in Tampere, Finland, and a regional sales and professional services office in Amsterdam. As a result of the merger, Liaison adds 350-plus new customers in 28 countries.The company will immediately offer a complete suite of consulting and implementation services to go along with its message delivery platform, focusing on meeting the unique localization needs of multinational customers. As a full-service integration outsourcer, Liaison will offer turnkey services across North America and Europe for customers seeking an end-to-end solution to their integration and data management needs.
