Palo Alto, Calif. —Jupiter-MM boards supply up to 50 W to mobile PC/104 embedded systems. Input voltages are 8 to 30 V dc with output provided directly to PC/104 bus connectors as well as an auxiliary connector for external tapping. Both dual output (+5, +12) and quad output (+5, +12, –5, [-12]) versions are available.

Both dual output (+5, +12) and quad output (+5, +12,–5, [-12]) versions are available. Up to 10 A can be provided on the +5 output, or the 50 W of total power can be distributed across the four outputs. Efficiency is as high as 92%, and 200kHz switching allowing use of smaller inductors minimizing overall size of the board. Standard operating temperature is –40 to 85 °C. Diamond Systems Corp.
