Lenze Americas opened a 100,000 square foot assembly and logistics facility in Glendale Heights, Ill., officially opened at the end of March. The new Mechanical Product Assembly and Logistics Center supports electro-mechanical product manufacturing operations for the Americas region. The complete line features ultra-efficient inverters, sophisticated servo automation systems, and robustly engineered gear motors and mechanical components. The relocation to the Chicago area includes all aspects of manufacturing operations for Lenze gearboxes, motors, and geared motors.

The Mechanical Product Assembly and Logistics Center will more than double Lenze’s North American electro-mechanical manufacturing capacity. The industrial building renovations include an extensive office build-out for the Lenze sales and customer service teams and a state-of-the-art $1.2 million automated paint assembly line, powered by Lenze motors and gearboxes.
