Joshua contributes to the industry through technical publications, training and community involvement. He authored an IEEE PCIC 2025 conference paper on a low-voltage modular inverter system and has published technical content with Control Engineering. He also delivers webinars and develops technical materials focused on motor efficiency and drive applications.
Internally, Joshua develops training programs and mentors engineers. Outside of work, he supports community development through youth sports coaching, career-day volunteering and mentorship with Big Brothers Big Sisters, helping promote STEM awareness and workforce development.
