Alvetst Group acquired EasyMile created TLD Robotics, Sept. 16

Alvest Group acquired EasyMile and combined its autonomous-driving technology with TractEasy and TLD’s driverless activities to create TLD Robotics. The new platform develops autonomous vehicles and software for airport, industrial, manufacturing and logistics operations.

Tavoron acquired Power Motion, Sept. 14

Tavoron acquired Power Motion, a St. Louis-based industrial automation solutions provider and systems integrator specializing in robotics, machine vision, motion control, PLCs, safety systems and control-panel engineering. The acquisition expands Tavoron’s automation and robotics capabilities and strengthens its presence across the Midwest and South-Central United States.

SeQent acquired Open Automation Software, Sept. 10

SeQent acquired Open Automation Software, a provider of industrial data connectivity software that moves data between controllers, databases and cloud services. Macquarie Asset Management-led consortium agreed to acquire SI Solutions, Sept. 10

Macquarie Asset Management-led consortium has agreed to acquire a majority stake in SI Solutions from MidOcean Partners. SI Solutions provides engineering, testing, inspection, controls, software and maintenance services for nuclear, power generation, pipelines, petrochemical, civil and other critical infrastructure markets.

Blackstone agreed to acquire Flow Control Holdings, Sept. 10

Blackstone agreed to acquire Flow Control Holdings, a U.S. provider of highly engineered flow-control components used in data center liquid cooling, food and beverage and pharmaceutical applications. The acquisition gives Blackstone exposure to growing AI data-center cooling demand through FCH’s hoses, fittings, valves, pumps and custom assemblies used in coolant distribution and secondary fluid networks.

Relevant Solutions acquired Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems, Sept. 9

Relevant Solutions acquired Conrad Kacsik Instrument Systems, an Ohio-based provider of thermal-process control system engineering, industrial furnace solutions, testing, calibration and metrology services. The acquisition expands Relevant’s combustion, instrumentation, thermal-processing and calibration capabilities for aerospace, defense, automotive, medical and other highly regulated industrial markets.

Flex agreed to acquire EPC Power, Sept. 3

Flex agreed to acquire EPC Power, a California-based designer and manufacturer of intelligent power-conversion systems for data centers, utility-scale energy storage and microgrids. The acquisition expands Flex’s electrical infrastructure capabilities with advanced rectifiers, DC power conversion, grid-forming technology and next-generation power systems for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers.

Nibco acquired UniTorq Actuators and Controls, Sept. 2

Nibco acquired UniTorq Actuators and Controls, a Georgia-based provider of pneumatic and electric valve actuators, accessories and control products. The acquisition expands Nibco’s valve actuation capabilities across commercial and industrial markets.

Ondex Automation acquired ROI Engineering, Sept. 2

Ondex Automation acquired ROI Engineering, a Laguna Hills, California-based control systems integrator specializing in process controls, PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development and turnkey automation solutions. Global Point Technology Group acquired Dart Controls, Aug. 24

Global Point Technology Group acquired Dart Controls, a Zionsville, Indiana-based manufacturer of AC, DC, and brushless DC motor controls, digital drives, potentiometers, encoders and related control products. Dart will operate under Global Point’s American Control Electronics brand, expanding the group’s industrial motor-control portfolio and engineering capabilities for OEM and industrial customers.

Neura Mobile Robots acquired Adlatus Robotics, Aug. 24

Neura Robotics has acquired Adlatus Robotics, a German developer of autonomous professional cleaning robots. Mission Critical Group acquired Anchor Automation, Aug. 4
