Control Engineering ‘s (Oak Brook, Ill.) parent company, Cahners Business Information (New York, N.Y.), changed its name Feb. 19 to Reed Business Information (RBI). The new name and logo strengthens the company’s commitment to providing reliable news, critical information and innovative marketing solutions, and will more closely align Reed Business Information with its own parent, Reed Elsevier plc (London, U.K.). Reed Business Information now incorporates the former Cahners Business Information (U.S.), Elsevier Business Information (Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain and Italy), and Reed Business Information (U.K., Asia and Australia), which together with Reed Exhibitions (worldwide) will form Reed Business.
