Endress+Hauser announced a series of U.S. infrastructure projects, including two new facilities in Greenwood, Indiana and Edgmont, Pennsylvania, a 40,000-square-foot expansion of its Level+Pressure production center in Greenwood, and an 18,000-square-foot campus expansion in Pearland, Texas. The projects were developed with representative partners George E. Booth Co., Eastern Controls and Vector Controls and Automation Group, and are intended to increase manufacturing, assembly, logistics, training and customer support capacity. Collectively, the investments expand regional operations and support higher project volumes across key process industries.
Endress+Hauser begins 18,000-sq-ft Pearland campus expansion
Endress+Hauser has begun an expansion of its campus in Pearland, Texas, as part of the company’s ongoing investment in U.S. operations, to support customer demand in the Gulf region and coordination with sales and service representative partner Vector Controls and Automation Group.
The project adds approximately 18,000 square feet of space for light assembly, fabrication and materials handling.
“This expansion strengthens our ability to deliver for our customers by improving speed, flexibility and overall efficiency,” said Matt Stevens, area vice president at Endress+Hauser USA. “It positions our Pearland campus to support continued growth in critical industries across the region.”
The expanded space will be used byEndress+Hauser and Vector Controls and Automation Group to support logistics coordination, project delivery and added capacity for testing, staging and delivery of instrumentation systems. It will also support workflow improvements, reduce use of off-site storage and improve shipping, receiving, repair and calibration processes.

Construction is underway in 2026, with substantial completion expected later in the year.
Endress+Hauser inaugurates two new facilities in the U.S.
Endress+Hauser has inaugurated two new facilities in the United States in collaboration with its sales and service representative partners.
The company opened the Endress+Hauser USA Innovation Center and George E. Booth Co. Headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana, on June 23, followed by the Edgmont Campus in Pennsylvania on June 25. The facilities expand Endress+Hauser’s operations and support collaboration with its regional partners.The approximately 108,000-square-foot Greenwood facility houses several Endress+Hauser teams and serves as the headquarters for George E. Booth Co. The site also includes a Design and Innovation Studio for STEM education and workforce development.
The 88,437-square-foot Edgmont Campus serves as the headquarters for Eastern Controls, LLC of PA and includes an expanded Process Training Unit and Innovation Center for hands-on training in process automation and measurement technologies. The facility supports customers across several industrial sectors and will also host workforce development initiatives.

Endress+Hauser begins $20.2 million production center expansion
Endress+Hauser announced the groundbreaking for an expansion of its Level+Pressure production center at the company’s Greenwood campus as part of its ongoing investment in U.S. manufacturing capacity.
The $20.2 million project expands the existing 105,000‑square‑foot Level+Pressure production center, which opened in 2013.
“The demand for Endress+Hauser products and services in North America continues to grow,” said Jason Baker, general manager, Endress+Hauser Level+Pressure USA. “This investment in our facility and our people ensures we are well positioned to reliably serve customers into the future.”
The project adds 40,000 square feet, including about 21,000 square feet for production and 4,700 square feet for offices, along with added space for training and support functions. It also includes a larger parking area, a rooftop solar array, a 6,900-square-foot apprentice area, 1,080 square feet for training and about 2,500 square feet for employee facilities.
The project was designed by Browning Day, with construction led by Shiel Sexton. Veridus Group USA serves as Owner’s Representative.
