Huntsville, Ala.— VMIC’s IOWorks PC-based control software has added new functions. The newest version, 2.51, adds support for VMIC’s CompactPCI I/O and PCI I/O products, and an enhanced GUI for adding target controllers to an IOWorks workspace. The new version also supports control platforms based on Microsoft Windows NT with VenturCom’s real-time extension, providing deterministic behavior while providing full compatibility with standard NT applications.
